Cheesecake Recipe

This recipe is meant to be made in around 5 minutes, not counting the time it takes for a cheesecake to chill. Other than that, this recipe focuses on simple ease and accessability to the maker.

Ingredients needed:

  • 2 sticks of cream cheese, or two cups.
  • 1 can of SWEETENED condensed milk
  • 1/4 a cup of lemon juice
  • if you wish to make flavored cheesecake, be sure to guarantee that mixing that liquid flavoring equals 1/4 a cup. if that's too much flavor, mix it with the lemon juice
  • Whisk the cream cheese until it is smooth, make sure there are no chunks. Proceed to stir in the condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir until mixed. Pour into the crust and then refrigerate for an hour or until fully solidified. That's it.
